豬肉乾 (w/食譜)
前幾天,我焗了豬肉乾,第二次整。第一次整時, 我加了太多cooking wine,酒味太濃,吃完有種醉醺醺的感覺(?!)。是此,我落少了酒。我覺得味道剛好,我媽說太咸,可減少生抽份量。
做法容易,不過較花時間。大家不訪一試。

+ 建議減少紹興酒的份量至一茶匙。
+ 建議減少砂糖份量至50克
+ 至於生抽份量,可依照食譜份量。因我用的是李錦記雙璜生抽,味道較普通的濃。
+ 是次只用了半湯匙蜜糖 (家中僅存的蜜糖)。建議依足食譜的份量。
+ 我只加了1/8茶匙黑椒碎
