The 燒餅 tasted pretty good although the appearance were soso. I'd difficulty to wrap in the red bean filling. The batter was a little bit dry so was easy to break when I wrapped in the filling. Next time, I'll try to add more water.
Although the puffs weren't successful, they were the best puffs I've ever made. (Sigh) I need to practice hard.
