椰汁豆沙燒餅 + Cream Puffs (w/ recipe)

After finishing the final exam on Monday, of course, first of all, I was delighted because of the coming one-month winter break. (Don't be jealous...hehe) Last two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, I stayed at home all the time except going to work on Tuesday evening. I spent most time on baking. Here were two of the desserts I made.



The 燒餅 tasted pretty good although the appearance were soso. I'd difficulty to wrap in the red bean filling. The batter was a little bit dry so was easy to break when I wrapped in the filling. Next time, I'll try to add more water.

Although the puffs weren't successful, they were the best puffs I've ever made. (Sigh) I need to practice hard.
