Hot Pot - Frozen Tofu

Recently, my family had hot pot almost every week. In my view, hot pot and the cold are perfect match!! Have you ever eaten frozen tofu in hot pot? I just discovered that it tastes better than fresh tofu in hot pot. It's simple to make frozen tofu. Put fresh tofu in the freezer until it gets really firm and its color changes from white to light yellow. Unfreeze the frozen tofu in warm water and cut it into pieces before eating hot pot.
