Thanksgiving

In the morning, I baked a 8-inch Mango Chiffon Cake and Mango Chiffon Cupcakes. Although they're both mango flavor, different recipes were used. For the 8-inch cake, I added fresh grated mango and mango extract. Well, it's hard to tell the (mango) flavor by just eating the cake. = =" For the cupcakes, I added mango extract instead of vanilla extract. Ummm... I don't know how to describe the special taste. I dislike the taste.

In the afternoon, I went to P's house. Thank you for the yummy lunch. I like the Cambodian BBQ... A layer of sweet & Chili Sauce and coconut soda is added to a flat electric pan. When the mixture of sauce is boiled, we can add foods, such as seafood, meat, and vegetable, to the pan, just like how we eat hot pot... A poor description. Add your creation. Haha... In my view, it's a combination of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot.

  3. Hui, I don't think so because I don't know how to make the sauce. Maybe I ask my friend later. =)
